Layer masking

We isolate the object with a Photoshop layer mask, preserving editable edges and fine detail. Request a layered PSD when you need the mask retained.

How do I send my images?

Use the order form on our Contact page to attach files or share a download link (WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive). We accept JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, and most RAW formats. For large batches, share folder access directly.

How do I know which tier my images fall into?

Basic covers straightforward outlines such as scales, shoes and shirts. Medium covers chairs and products with multiple cutout areas, with 3-day delivery. Complex covers cages, nets and many small openings, with 5-day delivery. Send samples to confirm the tier, price and schedule.

What formats do you deliver in?

PNG with transparency, JPEG on white background, PSD with layers, and TIFF for print use. Let us know your required output format in the brief and we'll deliver accordingly. Multiple format delivery is available at no extra charge.

Do you handle ongoing retainer work?

Yes. Retainer arrangements are available for studios and agencies with regular weekly or monthly volume. You get a dedicated account manager, priority queue access, a fixed per-image rate, and invoicing on NET terms. Contact us to discuss a setup.
