Information you choose to share

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, company if supplied, chosen service, project preferences, image links and your brief. Please share only information needed to quote for your project. The form accepts links, not file uploads.

How we use your enquiry

We use your information to review the request, prepare a quote and reply to you. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Private storage and email

When the form is connected, enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database accessible through the owner's authenticated hosting account. A notification copy is sent through Resend to our private business inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse and may process browser and network information. These providers process information as needed to operate the form.

Access and retention

Enquiries are not publicly listed on this website. We keep them while needed to respond and manage the related work. To request access, correction or deletion, email inquiry@backgroundremoved.com. Information may be processed outside your country by our hosting and email providers.
